Sonny Zulhuda is an Associate Professor and cyber law course coordinator at Civil Law Department, Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His main interest is the intersection of law and technology, especially that concerns information law, Internet governance, information security and data protection law.

His recent advisory works include the amendment to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act, implementation of ISO 27701 on Privacy Information Management, applicability of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cyber Terrorism Law and Cyber Security law in Malaysia. Dr. Sonny is recently appointed by the Government of Malaysia as a member of the Data Protection Appeal Tribunal.

Mohsin Dhali is currently a post-doctoral researcher at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. As a researcher, His areas of expertise are personal data protection & privacy law, cyber law, Fintech, Regtech, media law, as well as Information, Communication & Technology Law.

Firman Freaddy Busroh is an Associate Professor and the Head of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda (STIHPADA). In Indonesia, He has published several books in law studies since 2012. In 2017, He got the Best Paper and Best Presentation categories at The 4th World Congress of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Studies held by International Society of Communication and Development Among Universities (ISCDBU) at St. Petersburg, Rusia. Besides, Firman is currently active as lawyer in Indonesia.
